1. General

• All guests are required to provide valid identification upon check-in.
• The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to check in.
• The property reserves the right to refuse service to any guest not adhering to these terms.

2. Reservations & Payments

• Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of full/partial payment as specified at the time of booking.
• Any additional charges incurred during the stay must be settled before departure.

3. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in time: 1:00 PM
• Check-out time: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

General Policy (Applicable Year-Round Except Special Dates):

• The guest can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival.
• The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel within 7 days of arrival.
• In case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Special Policy (Applicable from 01 December 2025 to 28 February 2026):

• The guest can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
• The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel within 30 days of arrival.
• In case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

5. No-Show Policy

Failure to arrive at the property without prior cancellation notice will result in a 100% charge of the total booking amount.

6. Modifications

• Any request to modify a reservation is subject to availability and approval by the property.
• Rate differences may apply for modified reservations.

7. Liability

• The property will not be held responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to property facilities during their stay.
